After last years smash hit event in Burgess Hill, we returned to create mayhem once again!

With 2,000 spectators watching the carnage we have once again set the bench mark for live robot events!

 We also saw the return of two robots that had been out of action for some time. Local team Barbaric Response took 2nd place in the competition with the robot not taking to the arena in over 4 years! We also welcomed back Robot Wars series 6 champions Tornado! Who had also had a long break with 3 years with out action. Tornado didn't enter the main competition, but took part in 5 white board fights, and won all 5!

The Robots Live Leicester champions, Iron Awe, took home the gold by beating Barbaric Response in the final. And Little Flipper won the Feather Weight competition, their first Robots Live win.

The show also saw the depute for the Robots Live House robot; Battle Axe. He set his authority among the feather weights, showing them who's boss! Along with a few arena upgrades including the arena flipper, that was launching both feather and heavy weight up and almost out of the arena.

We will be back to Burgess Hill next year, but we will see you next at the National Space centre in May, along with a few special appearances from some familiar faces from TV's Robot Wars. Be there to find out who!
