Robots Live 2006 has been called on a number of occasions "One of the best live robot events". With all roboteers enjoying a great weekend, and every member of the audience being treated to a great show.

We had over 45 robots attend, which is one of the largest turn outs for a live event. Each of the three shows were sold out, with over 1,420 members of public enjoying the robot action.

We also had two great competitions;  The Feather Weight Championship and The Heavy Weight Championship. Both competitions had great fights from start to finish, with the final being "A fight well worthy of being on our tv screens".

Well-done to our winners of 2006: Pillow Torque (feathers) and Kan-Opener (heavys).
