This was the first Robots Live event externally organised. The show was set up by the guys who bring you the MCM London Expo. The Midlands MCM expo was held at the Telford International Centre and hosted talks from people such as Chris Barrie (from Red Dwarf & Tomb Raider) and Kenny Baker (R2D2). For this show Robots Live were asked to provide a small arena for feather weight fights, and heavy weights demos.

Robots have been attending MCM expo shows for a few years now as a small side show with robots on static display and some feather weight demos. But now Robots Live are here and we were one of the main displays at the show, with hundreds of people around the arena to watch the shows.

We had great interest from the public all day, and the event organisers were very impressed with the display put on, and it looks like Robots Live will be returning to their main event in London in May, but on a bigger scale, with the heavy weight arena.
